I have been going here for a minute. Dory has been very nice and attentive to my details. I have taken my kids as well,trust me they require patience!! She has been very nice every time and I have always been happier when I left,compared to the other places in town this place has been a Gem!!

The online check in was very easy, and the timing was accurate. It was the first time professional cut for my son (13 years old but I always cut his hair at home), the stylist took the time to understand the cut/style my son wanted and confidently confirmed she could do it. I was very happy with the cut. She recommended product and I was pleased with the pricing for the product. (Wasn’t ridiculously overpriced like I’ve seen in some salons). The stylist. Gave us her card abs her hours so we will definitely be back to book an appointment with her again!

UPDATE: the assistant manager already reached out to make this right!! Should have him fixed up before he has to go back to school! I took my son to the Eldersburg, MD location on 2/16/24 at approximately 5:00 pm for a haircut. The only two requests I made were a cut that would help his double cowlick lay down and he wanted a faux-hawk kind of cut. The haircut is the worst I have ever seen. I’ve never in my life complained about a haircut. He’s 5. I know he moves and can be hard to cut. But this haircut is so bad, I am going to have to get his hair re-cut. She left the hair at the double cowlick so long, it’s standing straight up, longer than all the other hair and he looks like a rooster. And one side is completely missed….at least an inch longer than the rest of the hair on top. Just awful. When it was wet and combed, I just didn’t notice it until we got home and saw it dried.
